Lucario Cosplay WIP

Step 2!

My costume for Supanova is slowly coming together! I'm surprised, I still have almost 2 months to prepare and I only have my tail and feet to do.

The gold, fluffy, sleeveless turtleneck has been lying around my house for ages, I couldn't bare to throw it out because 'it'll come in handy someday.' and I WAS RIGHT! The only thing I changed was adding the spike.

The black shoulders aren't attached, they're just the cap sleeves of a black tshirt under the gold... that makes three layers... god i hope the weather is forgiving at Supanova.

The gloves are simply tubes of black fleece with a spike sewed on the back.

The spikes are simple cones made of an old pillowcase, stuffed and painted with silver acrylic paint... i'm still contemplating giving them a coat of clear nail polish to make them really shiny and metallic.

... It does have ears, they just have a tendency to fall down. You can't see it from this angle... but it does have four black 'dreads' just like the ninja wolf himself.
